Microsoft Corporation Surface Book Is A Blow To Its OEM Partners
Microsoft Surface Book is an impressive Windows 10 laptop, but it begs us to ask the question; is the company going against its OEM partners?
We all knew the PS4 Slim was for real but we had to see an unboxing video — just to be double sure. Thanks to YouTube we finally have one. We were quite excited to see the new PS4 unboxed in all its glory. So without further ado, here’s the video that’s gotten everyone excited.
The PlayStation Meeting scheduled on September 7 in New York is expected to be quite huge. The announcements are anticipated to reveal new upgraded PS4 consoles and perhaps even more. We already know that the PS4 Slim is out in the open and how it looks. It’s only awaiting an official confirmation from Sony. The day might also reveal something about PS4 Neo. Either way, Sony hosting an event and not talking about these consoles would be rather a waste of time. Why else would media, fans, and journalists gather in New York? Would it be about games that were revealed at E3 2016? If you want to know more about what was revealed at that event, read here and here.
The September PlayStation Meeting is right around the corner and thanks to the Internet — one expected announcement has been leaked already. The PS4 Slim is out and has even popped up on places like eBay. Twitter has no shortage of photos of the leaked console and you can read more about it here. The latest leak comes from photos leaked by Twitter user shortman82 of the PS4 Slim manual and also include a screenshot of the Network test screen.
This year has been quite interesting for gaming and we can even say it’s a game changing year. We saw the winds of change blow at E3 2016 in which we saw Microsoft hyping up two upcoming Xbox One iterations just like Apple’s announcements of the iPhone models. What did Sony focus on at E3 2016? It focused on exclusives, most of which we may not see this year but we could see what Sony was focused on. It’s about games and delivering the best games to the consoles already out in the market, which seems like a better choice than hyping up consoles that are not even on the market yet. Now, we have already seen the launch of a new Xbox One called Xbox One S. Microsoft cut it down 40 percent in size and it’s a cute little thing we all can cozy up to.
No Man’s Sky has literally become its namesake and it’s not even funny. This ambitious project by Hello Games is founder Sean Murray's labor of love, and while initial impressions of the game looked like it would live up to its promise, it seems “no man” wants to venture on the “sky.” It’s vast in scale and size, with 18 quinitllion planets to explore, but sometimes too much of anything is bad for you as in the case of No Man’s Sky. Do you see yourself spending your entire lifetime playing it? We don’t think so, and neither do a lot of other disgruntled over-expecting fans that have asked for refunds on Steam, Amazon and the PlayStation Store.
Every fall, we see some of the biggest gaming franchises returning to consoles and PC and we end up wondering to get our hands on all of them. It’s always hard to decide, which games to get whether you’re on the Xbox One or PS4. Tech News Today (TNT) is here to rescue, making life easy for you and has selected three top games on the PS4 that you must get. The rest is on your own discretion, but these three games are expected to be huge this year.
Its that time of the month again when we speculate Sony’s lineup of Instant Game Collection titles that are free to PlayStation Plus members each month. We tend to mostly focus on games available on PS3 and PS4. At the same time, we usually try to predict if any triple-A release will make the lineup or will it just be a bunch of indies which is usually the case. Also, please bear in mind that the PS Plus membership from September 22 will be $59.99 annually.
If you’re a PlayStation Plus member then you must have received emails about your subscription. Usually when we get such emails we are hoping it’s some freebie or extension to the subscription or an email honoring us for our loyalty.
