Amazon has just improvised Echo Show 5 and Echo Show 8’s camera to scan the barcodes. Echo Show automatically helps you add items to your shopping list with the help of VentureBeat. Now, the troublesome shopping days with the help of Amazon is over. Try saying, “Alexa, scan this to my shopping list,” and you are good to go! But remember, you don’t have to specify all the details to Amazon. Imagine suggesting 64-ounce lactose-free 2 percent milk to your shopping list and running to the store — it sounds ridiculous! It’s easier to say, “Amazon, add milk to my shopping list” instead of scanning the entire barcode details.
This app can come in handy to list the items, which can be hard to remember, like a pack of screws. So, with Echo Show, there’s no chance of missing an item from your procuring list. Also, there is a select switch in the Alexa application that allows you to share your shopping list with friends and vice versa. It’s safe to say that your grocery list is now safe with Amazon’s echo show.
What are the other features of the Echo Show?
But wait, that’s not the only latest thing available in Amazon Echo Show today. You can even request an alarm system and use a precise echo tool. It’s a great help to set the alarm as you can say, “Alexa, establish a time for 20 mins on my living room Echo.” Just don’t forget to assign your specific Echo device to a room first instead of it defaulting to the room you are currently sitting. You may end up canceling the alarms if you leave the room under the default setting.
