Restart Your Device
When your device faces a problem, your Netflix might not work properly. Try restarting your device and recheck if the message appears or not.

For Mobile Phones
- Long press on the Side button or hold down the Power button then, press the Volume button
- Tap on the Restart option or move the slider to the right
